Refund and Return Policy

Refund requests can be made by reaching out to customer support at aloha@lifedna.com and providing your information and reason for refund request. All refunds will be given to the original credit card on which the purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reach you or be charged back to your account.

a. Reports with existing DNA upload. If you have uploaded your raw DNA data from a 3rd party website – you will receive your reports quickly (usually within 30-60 minutes) and there will be no refunds if the reports have been viewed.

b. Reports with LifeDNA kit. If a DNA kit has been sent to your address provided – there will be no refunds. LifeDNA cannot repackage kits that have been sent to customers and re-use them for others. If a refund is requested BEFORE it is shipped out, a refund will be granted.

c. Supplements: If a package of LifeDNA custom supplements has entered Production (i.e. the custom supplement pack is being built) or has been Shipped or Delivered there will be no refunds. LifeDNA cannot repackage supplements that have been sent to customers and re-use them for others. If a refund is requested BEFORE the order enters Production, a refund will be granted. 

d. LifeDNA Premium Supplements: Premium supplements have a 30-day return policy. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to cancel your order once it has been submitted to us. Once the order has been submitted to us, we are unable to make any changes.

We have developed automated systems to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery to you. In rare circumstances we may be able to provide additional assistance. Please contact our support team at aloha@lifedna.com for more information.

All changes to subscribe and save orders (cancellation, etc.) need to be made at least three days prior to the subscription processing date. Please reach out to aloha@lifedna.com to make changes.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs. For products offered with free shipping, please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. If we made a mistake and you do not receive the correct items you ordered, please contact our support team right away for assistance at aloha@lifedna.com.

We do not accept returns on orders shipped outside of the United States. All Sales are final on international orders.

If you did not purchase your product from this website, you may inquire with the retailer or online store where you purchased from, including Amazon, to see what return options are available.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase. To return an item: All returned orders must be pre-authorized by us. Please email us at aloha@lifedna.com and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, your name, and your telephone number. We will provide you with further instructions to process your return.

DELIVERY AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt, even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away.

Write down any visible damage: box crushed, torn, creased, or other circumstances about the delivery.

If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material, and notify our customer service department immediately.

f. LifeDNA Platinum Membership: All LifeDNA Platinum members receive communication via email of their subscription re-billing 30 days in advance of their re-bill date. Any requests to cancel in advance of the re-bill date will be honored. There will be no refunds if the re-bill date has passed.
